Day 1 - Welcome to Belgrade

As you arrive at Belgrade airport, our local representative will greet you at the airport and you will be transferred to your hotel. Check in to your hotel & sometime to relax & freshen up. Later proceed for an orientation tour of Belgrade, where you will visit Belgrade Fortress on the confluence of Sava to Danube River. Visit to tennis courts where tennis player Novak Djokovic trained as a kid. Tour continues to Saint Sava Temple, biggest Orthodox Christian church in the world by volume. Visit the Museum of History of Yugoslavia and Mausoleum of Tito, president of Yugoslavia and leader of Movement of Non Aligned Countries during Cold War. Overnight stay in Belgrade Hotel.

Day 2 - Visit to Sremski Karlovci

After having breakfast in your hotel, drive to Sremski Karlovci, small baroque town, a place of conservation of Serbian culture and Serbian Orthodox Christian religion in 17th - 19th century, with sightseeing of downtown. Visit to Bee-keeping Museum and wine tasting in one of wine cellars that are very common on this area. Tour continues to Petrovaradin Fortress that is second biggest fortress in Europe, known as "Gibraltar of Danube", built at 17th century, where we will enter the tunnels (500 meters of more than 20 kilometers of fortress tunnel network). Later some free time for lunch. After lunch proceed to visit Novi Sad City, the second biggest city in Serbia, where you will visit the Krusedol Monastery from early 16th century as the most important of 16 monasteries built on Fruska Gora Mountain. Overnight stay in Belgrade Hotel.

Day 3 - Belgrade - Donji Milanovac

After having breakfast check out of your hotel in Belgrade & transfer to Donji Milanovac Town. Upon arrival visit Smederevo fortress the biggest lowland fortress of Europe, built in 15th century on Danube River. We will then have short drive to Viminacium archaeological site, one of the largest Roman cities from 1st century. Later free time for lunch. After lunch, witness the sights of Golubac Fortress, from 14th century, one of the most beautiful medieval fortresses, located on Danube River where it is widest (6.5 kilometers), and was many times destroyed and rebuilt as a border fortress between Hungary, Serbia and Turkey. Later check in to hotel. Overnight stay in Donji Milanovac Town Hotel.

Day 4 - Cruise on Danube River

Morning after having your breakfast at the hotel & we take a 3 Hours cruise on Danube River, along Djerdap Gorge, the longest (100 kilometers long) and deepest (92 meters) gorge in Europe where Danube River is the most beautiful. The oldest European urban settlements dated 10,000 years ago were spread around Djerdap Gorge and Djerdap National Park that was established to protect this cultural and natural pearl of Europe. During the cruise we will see Djerdap 1 Hydroelectric Power Plant, built at 1970's as the largest dam on the Danube River and one of the largest hydro power plants in Europe (also known as the Iron Gate), the remains of Trajan’s Bridge (1127 meter long stone bridge that Roman Emperor Trajan built in 2nd century), followed by the largest European 55 meter high rock sculpture depicting Decebal the last king of Dacia in early 2nd century. After lunch, visit the Lepenski Vir archaeological site, the oldest conserved urban settlement in Europe (7000 years BC). Later transfer to Srebrno Jezero aka Silver Lake town. Overnight stay in Silver Lake Town Hotel.

Day 5 - Silver Lake - Belgrade - Visit to Natural History Center of Serbia

Morning after breakfast, check out of your hotel in Silver Lake town & transfer to Belgrade. Upon arrival, check in to hotel & proceed to visit Natural History Center of Serbia in Svilajnac Town, with exhibition dedicated to dinosaurs, Ice Age animals, world wildlife and geology, with experts from the Natural History Museum in Belgrade, the Faculty of Mining and Geology in Belgrade as curators. Visit the Oplenac Hill with the complex of Serbian Royal Dynasty Karadjordjevic: Museum of King Peter the 1st and the mausoleum of Serbian Royal Dynasty of Karadjordjevic in the Church of St. George. Later visit Royal Wine Cellar to enjoy some wine tasting. Later free time for lunch at the restaurant that Royal family uses, with Sumadija Region specialties. After lunch visit the Avala Mountain, with 200 meters high TV tower constructed 50 years ago, destroyed at NATO bombing at 1999, and rebuilt at 2010. Take the elevator to the view-point on Avala Tower, overlooking landscape of Belgrade and central Serbia from 130 meters above mountain top. Overnight stay in Belgrade Hotel.

Day 6 - Belgrade - Free Day

After breakfast, you have the entire day free to yourself to have a look around the city on your own, tickle your taste buds by trying some local cuisine, check out some cool military, aviation & automobile museums or you can do some souvenir shopping from around the local markets. In the evening, you can check out the night club scene around your neighbourhood & dance the night away. Overnight stay in Belgrade Hotel.

Day 7 - Departure

Morning enjoy your breakfast at the hotel & proceed to Belgrade Airport for your flight back home. Tour ends with Happy Memories!
